Depending on the mandate of the relevant segregated portfolio, the investment toolkit may include equities, fixed-income instruments, collective investment schemes, derivatives, cash, and money-market instruments. Portfolio managers may adjust allocations dynamically in light of investment objectives, risk limits, liquidity considerations, and macroeconomic conditions.
While pursuing attractive financial returns, the platform aims to integrate governance discipline and, where relevant, environmental and social considerations into project selection, portfolio monitoring, and value-creation planning. References to ESG or SDG alignment should be tailored to the actual strategy and documentation of the relevant portfolio.
