SkyVision Alliance Quantum Fund SPC (the “SPC”) is a segregated portfolio company established under Cayman Islands law. It enables a single legal entity to create multiple segregated portfolios, each with its own assets, liabilities, investment strategy, and investor base. Subject to applicable law and the governing documents, the assets and liabilities of each segregated portfolio are segregated from those of the other segregated portfolios.
Strategic Four-Pillar Investment Architecture
The platform is designed to allocate capital across four core thematic pillars: Precious Metals, Agriculture, Artificial Intelligence, and Environmental Protection. Each segregated portfolio may pursue its own mandate while operating within a common governance, reporting, and control framework.
“Who checks the checkers?”
The framework operates across three integrated levels:
· Operating Unit / Portfolio Company – asset-level execution, budgeting, performance monitoring, and internal controls.
· SP1 Fund / Investment Manager – fiduciary supervision, capital discipline, portfolio monitoring, and investment execution oversight.
· Cayman SPC – board and investment committee oversight, governance, technical review, and investor protection.
This layered structure is intended to ensure that technical assumptions, operating performance, and capital allocation decisions are continuously challenged, documented, and reviewed within the Fund’s overall risk-control framework.
